Research description

Dr Amos Burke is a childhood cancer specialist working at Addenbrooke's providing a service for chidlren in the East of England. He has a particular interest in childhood lymphomas and is a member of the National Cancer Research Institute Lymphoma Clinical Studies Group and chairs its paediatric Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma subgroup. He has local laboratory collaborations and currently co-supervises a Clinical and a basic science PhD student. At a national level Dr Burke is the National Institute for Health Research Clinical Research Network : Cancer National Specialty Lead for Children and Young People's Cancer. In this role he is responsible for the delivery of clinical cancer trials for Children and Young People in England.
