2nd AstraZeneca-MedImmune Cambridge Cancer Science Symposium

Register your interest in the 2nd AstraZeneca-MedImmune Cambridge Cancer Science Symposium 21 – 22 September.

This two-day meeting,  hosted by Susan Galbraith, VP Head AstraZeneca Oncology iMED and Ronald Herbst, VP Research & Development, MedImmune, will take place on 21 – 22 September 2015 at Churchill College, Cambridge.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for scientists from AstraZeneca, MedImmune and the Cambridge scientific community to discuss and present cutting-edge research on a variety of multi-disciplinary cancer research topics spanning pre-clinical, translational and clinical research.

Aimed at PhD students, PostDocs and Group Leaders actively engaged in cancer research, the symposium agenda is designed to enable you to network, make new contacts and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Key cancer science topics to be covered are:

• Translational biomarkers
• Tumour metabolism, cellular stress and senescence
• DNA damage response and epigenetics
• New drug modalities
• Immune-mediated therapies
• Systems biology and informatics
• Mechanisms of resistance and stem cells
• Therapy induced cell death
• Chemistry, ADPE and DMPK
• Cancer signalling pathways
• Predictive animal models
• Drug combinations

If you are interested in attending this symposium, please register your interest by completing the form using the link below by Friday 8 May.

Space is limited at the symposium, therefore preference will be given to those who would like
