My main focus is on understanding the mechanism of action of a range of agents targetting the PI3 Kinase pathway, particularly the AKT inhibitor AZD5363 and the mTORC1/2 inhibitor, AZD2014. I also have a stong interest in combination screening and analysis across large cell panels.
