I am a Mathematician and I am doing a PhD in bioinformatics at the University if Cambridge. I am currently working on gene network interactions and cancer data analysis. I am also developing a mathematical model of breast cancer, trying to link the gene expression values of cancer cells to the survival probability of the patients.
