Research description

I am a PhD student working with Cancer Research UK RadNet Cambridge Radiation Research Centre of Excellence. My area of research looks into the development of novel machine-learning approaches for prediction of tumour control and normal-tissue toxicity in radiation therapy. The goal of this project is to develop and test novel machine-learning approaches for prediction of outcome and toxicity. Analysis will be based on existing imaging, genetic and toxicity data, from nearly 3000 patients recruited across radiotherapy trials in Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer and Head & Neck Cancer.
