Research description

The development of MRI acquisition and analysis methods in oncology. We have developed and applied advanced methods for dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) techniques in human subjects using both 1.5T and 3T MRI systems. We also support the development of new multi-nuclear imaging techniques including 23Na and hyperpolarised 13C. In the near future we will be translating our methods to PET/MR.
