I am an Academic Clinical Lecturer in Urology with active primary research interests in cancer genomics. One main theme underlying this research is in uncovering the genomic evolution of human cancer. Current projects include determining the temporal genomic evolution of individual cancers such as prostate and renal cancer, and also determining a pan-cancer consensus evolution as part of the ICGC collaboration. I also have initiated projects to enable better understanding of the early genomic evolution of bladder and penile cancer.
